How Huppins and Wipliance Will Improve Access to the Latest AV and Technology for Spokane Customers

At Huppins, we’re incredibly proud of our 114 years in business serving the Spokane area. From our humble beginnings as a tailor shop in downtown Spokane, we grew into a major retailer of consumer electronics, photography gear, and audio and video equipment.

Over the years, we’ve seen many changes in technology and the business, and we evolved with it. As the Spokane, eastern Washington, and North Idaho areas experienced dramatic growth, we saw that clients were seeking more custom, turnkey solutions in home entertainment and automation, and we have also transitioned to meet that need.

By joining the Wipliance family, our same team of local experts will have access to additional resources both here in town and in all new service areas- we can now assist with projects across all of Washington state as well as Arizona. Not only has our service area increased, we have new products, services, and solutions to offer to the community with the experience Wipliance has in creating smart spaces.

We’d like to emphasize that the same team you know and love at Huppins is still here to serve you. But it’s only going to get better! Our team will be able to take advantage of Wipliance’s many industry memberships and vendor partnerships to access advanced training and offer a broader and deeper set of services. With these additional resources, we’ll be better prepared to offer custom solutions for our clients. As part of Wipliance, we’ll still be delighting customers, a common mission that Huppins and Wipliance share.

While the Huppin's showroom is a walk-in store, we now offer private appointments to see our technology in action. You will see even more immersive experiences that include the best in home theater, hi-fi audio, lighting, motorized shading, smart automation, and more. And with same-day appointments available, it will still be convenient to check out the latest home technology while providing customers a more personalized and elevated experience.

Onsite Appointments

In addition to our experiential showroom, we offer onsite consultations for custom projects so we can review solutions at your home or business. Whether it’s selecting shading fabrics or scaling your new entertainment system to your room, our team of experts will gladly come to you.

As part of the Wipliance team, we will be able to offer more choices to our customers. In the coming months, we will be adding new and exciting brands to our product offerings for audio/video, window treatments and more. In addition, Wipliance's elite dealer status for best-in-class solutions like Control4, Lutron, and will bring greater expertise and breadth to our offerings in smart home technology. Finally, adding Wipliance's solutions and expertise in networking and security will also bring a complete set of residential technology solutions under one roof for our customers.
